SCDF was alerted to a factory fire incident at the above mentioned location at 3.55am.2 Fire Engines, 2 Red Rhino, 2 Ambulances and 4 Support Vehicles were immediately dispatched to the location.
Upon SCDF arrival, the fire was well alight and involved cleaning agents in the production area of the factory. The size of the fire is approximately 20m by 20m.
SCDF used 5 water jets to bring the fire under control within 20 minutes.
A total of 3 casualties were conveyed to Changi General Hospital for smoke inhalation
2 x Female Malay " smoke inhalation
1 x Male Indian " smoke inhalation.
About 40 SCDF personnel were involved in this operation.
