As of 1145 hrs this morning, 16 SCDF Vehicles (5 Fire Engines, 1 Red Rhino and 10 Support Vehicles) and about 50 SCDF personnel returned to the mainland. 18 SCDF Vehicles and about 50 SCDF personnel remain on the island to support Shell.
There are still traces of fuel vapour at the affected area.
